Nothing tastes as good as plyometrics.
I’d like to say this but truthfully it has a bittersweet taste to me. I often make plyo-day my butt-kick day, and today is that kind of day. After being inactive for about a month, I deserve it. To my surprise, I didn’t do too badly, there were few times I had to stop because I’m feeling a little lightheaded but overall I was able to push myself. Yehey me!
Btw, after signing up for Color Me Rad yesterday I am now debating if I should do the Subaru half-marathon at the end of May or do the Spartan Sprint in August. I can’t decide because of my overwhelming busy schedule but I’m more determine to do either one this year. I really want to push myself. Any comments?
