Hot yoga day
After numerous times of telling me how great hot yoga is, I Finally took the bait. Thanks to my friend MC (yes, the same girl who got me hooked on running) for the invite. I wore a my Lululemon tank top and Nike shorts to the 75min session and I came home rinsed it, the result, a nasty brown water (and I showered before going there!!!). It felt great though. I love the sweat! I wish I can sweat buckets like that all the time. Lol. I will definitely do it again.
This is it! No more excuses! This is the body I want. No, no, no… This is the body I NEED! I may be juggling work and school in a fast pace for the the next couple of years but that doesn’t mean I have to neglect myself to become stronger, right? I know I’m right! I owe it to myself. So here’s my workout challenge: I will fight to get stronger and better body. I will work hard for it. I will put the same hardwork as I put into my work and school.
I made my fats cry.
I”m sore, exhausted, and grossly sweaty but DAMN proud of myself today. I was lacking motivation to exercise today (partly because it’s pouring outside and partly because all I want to do is eat chips and chocolate which I did anyway) but I pushed through and I made it. Yehey! Healthy lifestyle is no joke!
